The Company has been in existence since 1997 and is involved in commercial, residential and office construction and renovations. It is a vibrant and growing company with a strong focus on providing a quality product through reliable and cost-effective service delivery.
With over fifteen years’ experience in the construction industry Edward Protheroe has spearheaded Trakprops 154 (Pty) Ltd from modest beginnings, initially undertaking additions and renovations, into a well-rounded, rapidly expanding business. Trakprops 154 (Pty) Ltd specialises in the construction of residential, commercial and industrial projects from the initial design stages and implementation through to completion. Our in-house expertise in construction is supported by a dedicated team of contract and procurement specialists that ensure quality products are obtained at competitive prices.
