Trakprops 154 (Pty) Ltd is a private company, founded by Edward Protheroe and located in Durban North, KZN.  The Company has been in existence since 1997 and is involved in commercial, residential and office construction and renovations.  It is a vibrant and growing company with a strong focus on providing a quality product through reliable and cost-effective service delivery.

With over fifteen years’ experience in the construction industry Edward Protheroe has spearheaded Trakprops 154 (Pty) Ltd from modest beginnings, initially undertaking additions and renovations, into a well-rounded, rapidly expanding business.   Trakprops 154 (Pty) Ltd specialises in the construction of residential, commercial and industrial projects from the initial design stages and implementation through to completion.   Our in-house expertise in construction is supported by a dedicated team of contract and procurement specialists that ensure quality products are obtained at competitive prices.
